Our favorite season? All of them! No matter when you visit our apartments in Kaprun, the surrounding nature is a paradise for mountain lovers year-round. Look forward to sparkling powder snow and eternal ice, lush green alpine meadows, and impressive peaks – all waiting to make your holiday the most beautiful one of your life.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your PAM Apartment will be ready for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you plan to check in later than 6:00 PM, please let us know your estimated arrival time. Late check-ins and overnight arrivals are possible at any time using the modern EVVA AirKey door system, which you can operate with your mobile phone. On the day of departure, please vacate your apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Is there equipment for babies and toddlers?

Upon request, a crib and high chair are available in your PAM Apartment.

Can we bring our pet on holiday?

Absolutely! For your pet, an additional charge of €15 per night applies. Please make sure your pet is covered by insurance for any potential damages.

Zell am See–Kaprun Summer Card

For your summer holiday, you’ll receive the attractive Summer Card upon arrival, offering numerous free attractions (e.g., mountain lifts, boat trips on Lake Zell, beach resorts) and discounts. The Summer Card is valid from mid-May to the end of October.

Where can I park my car?

Each PAM Apartment comes with a free parking space in front of the building. Simply leave your car during your stay: the ski bus station is located directly across the street. Your ski ticket and the Zell am See–Kaprun Summer Card also serve as passes for public transport throughout the region.

How many key cards do I get for my apartment?

We provide one key card per apartment, but additional cards are available upon request. In case of loss, a fee of €30 will be charged.

How can I pay for my PAM Apartment?

Payment can be made conveniently in cash or with common debit and credit cards (e.g., VISA). For payments made by debit or credit card, a 1 % processing fee of the total amount will be applied. We kindly ask for your understanding.

What if I need to cancel my holiday in Kaprun?

Cancellations are charged according to the following schedule:

  • Up to 28 days before arrival: free cancellation.

  • From 14 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price.

  • From 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100 % of the total price.

We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover cancellation costs in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Special conditions apply for bookings of the entire house.

Bread Roll Service

At the local bakery, you can place your order for breakfast rolls by 4:00 PM. The next morning, freshly baked rolls will be ready for pickup at the door of the PAM Apartments (the price of the rolls is not included in the room rate).

Can I safely store my sports equipment in the building?

Yes, in the basement there is a room for winter and summer sports equipment, which is locked and accessible only with your room key card.
